It was just so easy. We've needed to clean out the basement after years of accumulating things but just didn't know where to get started. The thought of arranging for a truck, bringing everything up (including heavy and bulky items), loading them in and then taking it all away was daunting. In about an hour, the Got Junk team took it all away. All I had to do was tell them what to take, and then I watched a bit of TV while they did their work. Now that the junk is removed, we feel relieved and ready for a fresh start. The team who helped us was very friendly and understanding. It's not always comfortable showing people your mess (that's why we kept it in the basement!) but they were very professional and kind. This was worth every single penny.
