Trey and Zain were on time, professional, careful with my request on keeping the door closed as I have 2 indoor cats. Gave me a quote for the service and once service was accepted, the removal was fast. Definitely I recommend them if you need junk removal from your house. Excellent service.

Our two guys were awesome!!! They were on-time for their estimated arrival, they got straight to the task after discussing the pricing for the washer/dryer removal, and they got everything moved very quickly (with minimal— if any— bumps on the staircase/walls). They even dealt with the fact that our broken washer had extra water in it/the tubes, and they were very helpful and respectful! The online booking was really easy too! All in all a fantastic experience, really highly recommend this company :)

Kyle and Ben came to my house to remove junk from the backyard before I list my property for sale. I was very pleased by Kyle’s excellent communication skills. I appreciated the couple of updates prior to arrival so I would know when to expect them and even where I would like them to park. They were both dressed professionally and were personable when speaking with me. They clarified what the job entailed prior to the work and I knew exactly what was expected. Not sure of how much other junk removal services cost. Ours was around $500 for a little more than half a truck. In terms of service, they came an hour later than scheduled but they were courteous enough to call beforehand and ask if it would be ok (this is why I had only 4 stars). The crew was two men; got most of the furniture onto the truck in 10 minutes, and told me they could donate a lot of it. From arrival to payment, I’d say 15-20 min. The guys I got were fast, efficient, and cheerful despite their tough start to the day — awesome guys all around. Appreciated their help and services!

The communication, service and pickup were great! Specifically, Emmanuele and Kathik (sp?) from downtown were so kind, quick, and did their best to get me a good price that I could afford. The only downside is not knowing price until they arrive at your home. Aside from that, the service was fantastic. Thank you!
