They communicated well ahead of time, arrived at the expected time, took the old furniture away without damaging anything, and charged the expected amount. Thanks Syd and Harshit. (There were a LOT of things that could have been knocked over and weren't.)

Absolutely outstanding service from 1-800-GOT-JUNK! Brendan, Kellen, and Brian were incredible from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and worked unbelievably hard the entire time they were here. They removed a huge amount of stuff for us, including appliances, a mattress, desks, couches, and more, and handled everything quickly and carefully. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork — they made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming job feel easy and seamless. They were respectful of our home, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It was honestly impressive how much they were able to remove in such a short time. If you get Brendan, Kellen, and Brian, you are in great hands. I would absolutely recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone who needs junk removal. Worth every penny. Thank you again for the amazing service!
