I was so impressed with my first time using Got Junk! From Bobby who called me to arrange my appointment so quickly after I had made a reservation on the website, to Jerry and John who came to pick up my mattress, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I'm amazed at how quickly it all happened. I made an appointment late in the day on Saturday and by Sunday morning they were there picking up my mattress! There was excellent communication all along the way! Jerry and John called me about half an hour before they arrived and then a few minutes before they arrived. Best price with all the people I contacted I would not hesitate to use Got Junk again!!

Today was my first time using this service and it was an absolute 10/10. Despite being Sunday, and the rain (we all know how bad the traffic can be). The guys showed great ethics as they were on time and explained to me every detail of how their services work. They picked up everything within minutes, and made sure everything was as they found it.
