Jonah and Brenden were friendly and polite. Jeff called to let me know when they would be arriving and Jonah sent me updates. When they arrived they greeted me warmly and explained everything thoroughly and kindly. They cleared away everything that I wanted to dispose of and cleaned up afterwards.
