I was so impressed with my first time using Got Junk! From Bobby who called me to arrange my appointment so quickly after I had made a reservation on the website, to Jerry and John who came to pick up my mattress, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I'm amazed at how quickly it all happened. I made an appointment late in the day on Saturday and by Sunday morning they were there picking up my mattress! There was excellent communication all along the way! Jerry and John called me about half an hour before they arrived and then a few minutes before they arrived. Best price with all the people I contacted I would not hesitate to use Got Junk again!!
