Just got helped by Chris and Ty and my experience was nothing short of amazing. They were great at communicating in advance, arrived ahead of schedule (but within the quoted pickup window), efficient, and provided excellent customer service overall.

Braden and Liban were quick and efficient at responding to the removal request and came the same day to complete the junk removal. They communicated well and were professional. The price for the service was very reasonable! I would use this service again.

I was so impressed with my first time using Got Junk! From Bobby who called me to arrange my appointment so quickly after I had made a reservation on the website, to Jerry and John who came to pick up my mattress, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I'm amazed at how quickly it all happened. I made an appointment late in the day on Saturday and by Sunday morning they were there picking up my mattress! There was excellent communication all along the way! Jerry and John called me about half an hour before they arrived and then a few minutes before they arrived. Best price with all the people I contacted I would not hesitate to use Got Junk again!!
