Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. From start to finish not only did the company do everything they said they would, they exceeded my expectations. Kim and Jamar were both compassionate and extremely efficient in getting the job done. When I book again I will request them personally. Richard and Jessie came out to my place in Lantzville earlier than expected, took a large amount of my junk, were knowledgable on what they could and couldn't take, and had recommendations on where to go for the remaining stuff.
