I had an old carpet in my basement that had been there from the previous owners. Zach and his teammate cane from 1-800-Got-Junk promptly during the window I was allotted, and Zach even called a good 30 minutes before to let me know. They were polite, friendly, thorough in moving out the carpet and I would not hesitate to call again if I needed junk moved out. They were great to deal with!

Yo the guys were super awesome and got the job done so fast! Booking my appointment was easy as could be. Now they were a little late but the customer service they provided more than made up for it!

I called on Tuesday to arrange pickup of various items and two young people showed up at my house on Wednesday morning. These two - male and female (Kim) arrived on time - went right to work and had my back yard cleaned up and inside house items quickly and efficiently.
