Recently moved to Calgary and found myself with a ton of junk to get rid of. The service was quick and efficient! I simply showed Malcolm and Sienna around my garage and pointed out the items I no longer needed. They were both super friendly and explained the entire process clearly. Malcolm even took the time to explain that some of the items in good condition would be donated, which I didn’t even know the company did—this really made me feel better knowing my things would be put to good use. After everything was loaded, Sienna offered to sweep up my garage as part of the service. I honestly didn’t realize that was included, but it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend ‘Got Junk’ to anyone. This was, without a doubt, the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever written!

It started off a bit rocky, with my appointment being pushed back a few hours, but they made sure to keep me in the loop with phone calls to let me know the situation. When they arrived (John and Brandt), they were apologetic and lovely. All my items were loaded out quickly and all of my questions were answered. It was a painless experience and I’d definitely use 1-800-got-junk again.
