Once they finally arrived the Got Junk staff were polite, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to load our items.

Called them on Sunday to set up an very last minute urgent pick up. We called around and got a few quotes. The very nice guy on the phone advised he couldn't come until Monday. We agreed. Called me and updated me all along the way. Gave me a quote. I advised that we'd received a different quote else where. He called manager to see if they could match. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. The guys on the phone were pleasant and so helpful. Highly recommend them.
