I can’t thank Jamar and Kim enough! This was such a fabulous experience. The team was friendly, professional, and hard working the entire time. They had a lot of heavy items and never complained and remained friendly and efficient! Such hard workers and fast! They relieved so much stress for me and did everything they could to fit as much in a truck load to ensure I paid the lowest cost. I would most definitely recommend 1-800-Got Junk and will be using them again in the future!

The two staff members were professional, polite, and thoughtful. They took the time to take apart the couch for removal which not only removed the risk of damaging the walls as they carried it out but also removed the risk of them injuring themselves. They were knowledgeable of exactly how to take the couch apart so they were able to to it quickly and safely. They also made sure to not only clean up all the little pieces of the couch (nuts, bolts, etc) but they also cleaned up all the pieces of garbage that had fallen into the couch and were too big for the vacuum. After they left, the only thing remaining for me to do was spend 60 seconds using the vacuum. Very pleased with the service. Absolutely worth the money. Next time I need junk removed, I'll be calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK again.

When I called the 1-800 number, I received clear information from Anand, who was cheerful and polite. He made a same-day appointment for me, double-checked all my information and confirmed what I would be paying for the removal of my hide-a-bed. Then I got a ‘phone call from a pleasant young woman who re-confirmed all the details. Then I had a call from one of the crew in advance of their arrival, which was easily within the projected window. At the curb, the senior member of the crew confirmed the cost, which I appreciated. The actual job was quick and the guys were careful not to scrape against walls or doors. The senior crew member offered to re-attach the arm of the pressure pump to the bracket on the screen door, which, again, I really appreciated. I was very pleased with all phases of the operation and will call 1-800-Got-Junk when I accumulate more clutter!
