Staff were fabulous. Both on the phone and in person. They made the whole process easy. I’ll use them again.

The guys were great! Professional and efficient; they helped remove my couch in less than 15 minutes. They called and notified when they would be arriving and came on time. Took a quick review to give an estimate, price was reasonable and then they got the job done! I definitely will call them again if I need any more furniture removed and would recommend to anyone!

Beyond incredible customer service! Robert and Deacon came to pick up a couple desks. My U-Haul was stuck in ice in front of the driveway and these absolute god-sends stayed with us for 30 minutes helping us until they got it moving. Beyond thankful for their help and kindness! Would give this 6 stars if I could.

I have 1-800-JUNK come out almost annually to help clear my home of "stuff". This time it was an old couch and cardboard. They are always professional, on time, and quick to complete the job. I have been using the same company for 8ish years and have no plan on switching. Highly recommend!

Aidan and Robert were awesome. I had a huge sectional that was ruined and they removed the vast majority of it (I just don't quite have the cash to move it all) I booked the appointment at 3pm and they were able to arrive as soon as 5:30. They quoted quickly and worked with me on what they can take given my budget. They took the worst of what I needed gone. 4/5 cause the operation of the service was flawless however the pricing might be a little dear if you're not able to spend 500 dollars at one time. But things cost what they cost.
