From placing our call 3 days prior to the move out we were treated with kindness, respect and an update everyday via text message as a reminder, of our booking time, with a option to change our window time, or cancel if necessary. Excellent Communication. Day of move out, we received a call, reminding us of our time window of their arrival. 30 minutes before they were to arrive Eric called and asked where would be the best way to park for removal. He listened to our suggestions and Tyler arrived first and backed into a super spot making sure all other tenants were not impacted with where he parked. We all agreed how we were blessed having Eric and Tyler. These 2 young men were so professional, gave an excellent and bang on estimate. Eric and Tyler worked as a team, using great body ergonomics when removing heavy items. Both of these young men worked equally hard, keeping smiles on their faces, visiting with us as they continued making sure of the items going and the items staying. I will continue to recommend this company with a 10+ score! I hope you have the opportunity to use Got-Junk and hopefully you will be greeting and served by Eric and Tyler❤️

Braden and Victor were amazing! They toughed out going up 3 flights of stairs with no complaints and were so pleasant to interact with! Filled up a whole truck and the cost was way lower than I expected! Suuuuuper impressed overall. Thank you so much!
