Just had an appointment for a pick up of a variety of household junk and recyclables. Tim and Khalil (sorry for if the spelling is incorrect!) were very professional and efficient in the pick up. The explanation about the pricing was also very clear and easy to understand. They even allowed an unexpected small bit of household organic garbage to be taken after we had just paid. Eli and Diego from Got Junk were great in communicating whether they were behind or ahead of schedule. They were both courteous and professional, offering to remove shoes before entering apartment and also offered to move my items back into place once they had loaded my discarded items.
