We booked to get an old dryer and a couple smaller, bulky things removed that we couldn’t get rid of through regular trash pick up. We booked the day before and Devon and Tyson were able to come by and swiftly help us get rid of our things. They made the experience super quick and easy and even offered to pick us up a coffee on their way! We will definitely be using this service again!

November 2025 I needed to have an old box spring (twin) mattress removed and called the company. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and he answered all my questions and let me know the time their team would arrive. Anthony C. and Kristan T. arrived and were fantastic! They let me know I would be able to add an additional item, a plastic outdoor shelving unit as well as other items and some could be donated. They are knowledgeable about the services 1-800-GOT JUNK offers, very kind, professional, helpful gentleman and we were so happy with the level of service provided. From office to in person great work everyone :)
