Wonderful crew who did an exceptional job, but very incompetent phone people who provide details about the service. Never indicated that I would be over $450 to have these items removed. I knew there would be a charge, expecting more like couple of hundred dollars. I have no doubt that items are recycled and resold and not being hauled off to the local dump. Exorbitant, which the company should be upfront about. Settled on $250 solely due to the lead on the job who mediated between his manager and myself.
