November 2025 I needed to have an old box spring (twin) mattress removed and called the company. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and he answered all my questions and let me know the time their team would arrive. Anthony C. and Kristan T. arrived and were fantastic! They let me know I would be able to add an additional item, a plastic outdoor shelving unit as well as other items and some could be donated. They are knowledgeable about the services 1-800-GOT JUNK offers, very kind, professional, helpful gentleman and we were so happy with the level of service provided. From office to in person great work everyone :)
