Emeka and Luke with 1-800-GOT-JUNK were absolutely fantastic! They came by to help us clear out junk while we were getting ready for renovations, and honestly made the whole process so easy. Everyone was really easy to deal with. Lorcan called me the day before their visit to go over what items were being disposed and to go over expectations and he made it very clear. Communications was great! The day of the estimate, Anthony reached out to let me know around what time to expect them within my chosen time frame. And they arrived within the selected time. Both Anthony and Shane were very helpful and pleasant. They took the time to explain the costs and were eager to start.
