They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I have used this company a couple of times and always had great results. Recently, I wanted to declutter my bungalow. I called and spoke to a representative to set up a time and date for the pick up of my stuff. My phone call was handled expertly. On the day of my pick up, my drivers called me to let me know they were on the way. They arrived and within about 20 minutes had removed some heavy furniture from my basement and out to the truck. Payment was easy and quick. I have always found this company to be good value for money.
We had a horrible experience after purchasing a new refrigerator for our office through a big box store. They were supposed to haul away the old one the same day we had the new one delivered..a service we pre-paid for. After 15 days, and hours waiting in their phone system no one showed up. Then we called 1-800-Got-Junk. It was removed the next morning, on time and with excellent communication and polite staff. Best Customer Service!!!
Gregg, Mat, Ron and Julian came to remove an old upright piano. It was a brutal job because they had to build a ramp and move it past construction work. It was all uphill as well. Nice guys and very polite. First team showed up Saturday but two of them could not do it on their own. Two teams came back Monday morning and finished the job. The call center is not knowledgeable at all. Once you get past their nonsense the job is done amazingly well . I would use them again.
