They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessThe appointment was scheduled at 2:00-4:00 PM. But they arrive by 6:00 PM. However, they did call to apologize several times for the delay due to the many pick up they are called for this afternoon. When they arrived finally , they did an excellent job to remove the 2 heavy leather sofa from our living room out to the door and there into their truck. They work really hard for 3 people with 2 trucks full to the rim. Nice and pleasant young men, my youngest son in the 20's and myself share a good laugh with them. When they departed, I did mention that we appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and good humor even after a long day. Thank you to the 100-800- GOT-JUNK for many these pick up by professional staff. Their price is affordable and reasonable.
For the last three years we have had an old 1970 freezer in our basement that we have never used. We tried to get rid of it ourselves but it is too big and heavy for us. I called the company for help and they sent Jenny and Bryce. Jenny and Bryce were very professional, fast and efficient. I would estimate that it took them 30 minutes to finish the job. No damage at all to the floor or the wall. I strongly recommend using their services. I will call them again if I need help
