They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Honestly, they were AMAZING. Super fast, extremely cooperative, and genuinely such good people. From start to finish, everything was smooth, stress-free, and way better than I expected. I love when people show up, do their job well, and are kind on top of it and that’s exactly what Brett and Shane did. I 100% recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone who needs junk removal done. I received excellent service from Shane and Brett. They came to my house first thing, on time and as expected. Eventhough I had stepped out for a quick moment to drop off my son at the bus, they promptly returned and took care of the job. The rate was great, especially for the amount of materials I had to have removed, and the condition it was in. They saved me and it only took a couple days to book them.
