They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Once the crew of Matthew and Remone got to my home, I added a few more items than they were not expecting to clear out. They took it in stride, explained the pricing structure and removed about twice the volume they had expected to when they showed up. Both of these fine employees are friendly, great with customers and a real credit to your business.
I have Got Junk three times now and it’s a great service to easily dispose of unwanted household items. They even recycle or donate. They kept me up to date with the arrival time and arrived within the the two hour window estimated at the booking. Great service and highly recommend.
I initially had an appointment window of 12-2pm. Just before 12 I got a call saying that they wouldn’t arrive before 4. I made it known that I had come in from out-of-town for the appointment so they made arrangements for a different crew to come. Austin called at 12:45 to say they would be about 1/2 hour and actually showed up at 1:15. Austin and his partner Eddie were friendly and efficient. Really nice guys. They loaded up their truck, asked me if I needed anything else, then asked me to check and make sure they had cleaned up to my satisfaction (they did). I am typing this review at 2pm and they are long gone. I enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you Eddie, Austin and 1-800-GOT-JUNK. 🇨🇦
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Zach and Evan Zach and Evan provided outstanding service from start to finish. Zach called mid-morning to confirm my appointment and gave me a more precise arrival window, which was very helpful. He then called again when they were about 15 minutes away, something I especially appreciated since I work from home and was able to schedule my break around their arrival. When they arrived, both Zach and Evan were professional, courteous, and friendly. They quickly assessed the job and removed our junk efficiently, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was extremely impressed with their communication and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zach and Evan to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service, and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
Christian and Estevan were fantastic! They were prompt, kind, and very professional. Also extremely knowledgeable about my concerns for keeping items out of the landfill when possible. I was very pleased overall with this same day service and will be recommending them and 1-800-Got-Junk in the future!
