The 2 young men that showed up were super professional, courteous and friendly! I had my 2 very outgoing toddlers at home with me and these guys were so kind to them, as they were given a performance of Midnight Sun by Zara Larsson against their will and then gifted with a bouquet of dandelions. It was our first time booking with 1-800-Got-Junk and it was one of the smoothest services we’ve had. John and Kevin were really friendly and were very communicative during the junk removal - had fun with our little Pokemon chitchat! Our Patio full of junk got cleared out efficiently. Billing is also straightforward, got our quotes at the start and was happy with how reasonable they are with the project. Will definitely book with them again once needed in the future!

Easy to coordinate a pick up using the 1-800 number. Was able to book a pick up 24 hours later, which was my preference. Mike & Bethany show showed up. They are friendly and professional. They cleared away my junk and the yard looks much cleaner.
