I found this company thru Google search on a Sunday. Their website is clean and easy to use and I did a free no obligation estimate. They have available schedule the next day (Monday) and I took it. Before they arrive, they will call you and let you know that they are coming so you have time to prepare everything on your end. Braden and Hunter came in at the said time. They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Our front and back yards were completely overwhelmed with accumulated junk and old cabinets, and this team worked tirelessly to clear it all out. My husband and I absolutely could not have done this by ourselves, and we were shocked to see that we filled up a whole 1.5-ton truck! From the start, they were incredibly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. They gave us a free upfront estimate and took the time to explain the cost and breakdown in detail. What we loved most was their commitment to sustainability. They explained that usable items go to needy families, and everything else goes to their big warehouse in Burnaby to be sorted so that nothing goes to waste if it can be recycled. We are so grateful for their meticulous, fast, and mindful service. Highly recommend Team AC if you need an honest, hardworking crew!
Our basement flooded while we were on holiday and we needed to remove some damaged and mildewy carpet quickly. 1-800-Got-Junk was able to get to us the very next day to remove it all. The team was very professional and friendly. After such a stressful situation we felt very taken care of. I haven't experienced customer service this great in a long time. The two guys that came were efficient and friendly in the face of an unpleasant job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. As a fun bonus, our dog also thought they were pretty great.
