This review is long overdue, but after recently realizing I never followed through on my promise to write one, I wanted to make sure I did. Our business closed at the end of March after 30 years, and as you can imagine, there was a significant amount of items to remove. Since then, I’ve been busy with another major project, and time got away from me. However, I haven’t forgotten the outstanding service we received from 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!!!🤩 The team was professional, reliable, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. I would especially like to recognize Avsar and Max M and their exceptional customer service. They were working under a tight time constraint, yet remained positive, friendly, and highly professional every step of the way. Their hard work, organization, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful move feel manageable and seamless. I highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK! 🤩

My mom is moving and we had 36 years worth of stuff that needed to be moved out of her home. Daeton and Jayden were amazing. They arrived early and cleared an entire truck load of stuff in a super quick time. They thoughtfully explained the rates and triple checked as they moved stuff out to make sure they were taking everything we needed them to and nothing we didn’t. They were very friendly and took time to indicate what pieces would be recycled, trashed, and donated. They also were able to provide info on where we could take the items they could not take, such as insecticides, propane tanks etc. We will definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend this dynamic duo!! 😃
