I found this company thru Google search on a Sunday. Their website is clean and easy to use and I did a free no obligation estimate. They have available schedule the next day (Monday) and I took it. Before they arrive, they will call you and let you know that they are coming so you have time to prepare everything on your end. Braden and Hunter came in at the said time. They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

The team that showed up to my house were great, they were polite, respectful, and were a pleasure to meet. They removed a very heavy item from my home and were careful to not damage anything. More businesses should hire quality employees like the three that showed up to my home. A++++ service!
We’ve used 1-800-Got-Junk several times in the past and are always happy with the service, but with our latest job, the guys that were assigned to it went above and beyond. Recently, we scheduled a kitchen fridge removal. However, the fridge couldn’t be moved out until our new fridge was moved in. We didn’t expect 1-800 to do this for us (the fridge delivery company wouldn’t), and we were so relieved when the guys said they would do it “no problem”. Without. Any. Hesitation. The guys showed up at 5:00, after a long day of work for them, looking like it was 8:30 in the morning - really presentable, eager and enthusiastic! After assessing the situation, they quickly got to work carefully maneuvering fridges through tight doorways, being careful of our furniture and flooring. Really professional too - constantly communicating with each other: tilt left, tilt right, tilt back, turn towards you, watch this, watch that, etc., and not a mark left on anything. True teamwork on display. We had no problem with them being in our home either. They really put us at ease with their willingness to help us and their ability to problem solve and do what was needed ie: moving a table or planter out of the way or removing the mailbox to get the fridge down the stairs. They even swept up after! Throughout the job the guys were polite and respectful to us and to each other. They appeared to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and meeting and talking with their customers (us). As well, we were anticipating a substantial invoice for their “full-service” service but the cost to us was very reasonable and more than fair. We were very happy with the charges. These guys were wonderful representatives of the type of service you can expect from 1-800-Got-Junk. Their moms and their boss should be very proud!
