They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

The team arrived on time and were courteous, kind, intelligent, and very careful in how they moved the furniture out of my apartment. They handled everything with professionalism and made the whole process feel easy and respectful. There was a communication error around one item, and afterward I realized the final bill was higher than I had understood it would be. I wrote to the company to explain what had happened, and within a couple of days they had called me, listened carefully, and resolved the issue by providing a partial refund to my credit card. I really appreciated the way they took responsibility and treated me with such care. Thank you to the team and to the company for such excellent customer service. I felt heard, respected, and very well taken care of. A wonderful experience overall.
