I found this company thru Google search on a Sunday. Their website is clean and easy to use and I did a free no obligation estimate. They have available schedule the next day (Monday) and I took it. Before they arrive, they will call you and let you know that they are coming so you have time to prepare everything on your end. Braden and Hunter came in at the said time. They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I have 2 cats & one of them had an accident on my bed over the weekend. I couldn’t salvage my bed. I put in an online request form Sunday evening, by Monday morning I was speaking to someone about pickup between 8-10am that morning. The team they sent out Double A’s were so great! Friendly, kind, and gracious. Explained everything thoroughly and were efficient with the job. I highly recommend 1800 Got Junk. Specifically the 2 men that helped me out this morning!
Communication was amazing, they kept us informed of where they were at. They were efficient and explained the pricing structure clearly before starting. Both gentlemen were friendly and polite as well as thorough. They checked with us to ensure we didn't anything further from them. Great experience and really helped with the stress of moving to be able to clear out a bunch of large pieces we didn't want to take with us.
