They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

This is the second time I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK and both experiences have been great. They aren’t the cheapest out there, but they actually respond to messages, show up when they say they will, and treat you respectfully. There is no stress because you know you are getting reliable service from an established company. I was even pleased to hear that they would offer my “junk” to charities who might be able to sell it for funds or put it to good use. They also work quickly! Update: Just used them for the third time and the experience was just as good! Thanks Mike and Hugo, you did a great job!
