Steven was amazing! He gave me a call to let me know his ETA so that I was prepared. When he called, he was cheerful and charismatic! In person, he kept up the same positive attitude and it was infectious! He worked quickly and efficiently! The next time I call one 800 got junk I really hope to have Steven again!

Hard to see things go because of a flood but the 2 young men who came to pickup my belongings were Polite understanding and efficient. Would recommend

Incredibly fast and efficient I've used this service several times when tenants move and trash my rental units. Reasonable rates for getting rid of really gross trash.

Got junk did a great job removing an old hot tub from our property this week. It was a difficult job as the tub had to be cut up into sections before be loaded on to their truck. They did all the work in less than hour. The staff were great, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them for any difficult junk removal jobs.

Justin, Ryan, Enis and Gordon were fantastic. On such a hot and humid day and with a lot of work to do, they were on time, polite, courteous and incredibly efficient. Overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much!!

Apologies for not responding sooner, but cleaning up after 4 feet of water wasted our basement was a huge and time consuming task. I contacted your company on the morning of Saturday, July 20, hoping you could pick up all the heavy, water soaked "junk" from our basement lying on our driveway. 2nd time using 1-800-gotjunk and both times AMAZING experience. Both times I called the same say and they were there in hours. My 2 guys this time were polite, efficient and funny. They were super helpful and even moved a big piece of furniture for me. 5 star.
