Had a great experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I booked online and the dispatch/admin team was prompt with their communication and gave me an accurate window for the arrival of the removal team. The 2 fellas on the truck (Cole and Sean) were friendly, professional, well-spoken, and extremely helpful. They even showed my son their cool big truck 😊 The whole interaction from booking to payment was pleasant and incredibly easy. I appreciate the help! Thanks all!

I booked an appt one day prior to needing the service, I called, they even sent me a coupon. The best part is Mac and Isaac were outstanding, they worked so hard, they were compassionate helping to empty an estate apartment, they worked fast, and were clear and supportive from start to finish! I would definitely use them again, and if I can I will request Mac and Isaac. Thank you!
