I found this company thru Google search on a Sunday. Their website is clean and easy to use and I did a free no obligation estimate. They have available schedule the next day (Monday) and I took it. Before they arrive, they will call you and let you know that they are coming so you have time to prepare everything on your end. Braden and Hunter came in at the said time. They are friendly professional and explain the business. They provide an estimate and accommodate me. Thank you so much guys! Keep it up - Stephen
They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Great experience with 1-800 Got Junk. Within 24 hours of our initial call, the junk is gone. The crew including Andrew, Jordan & Jason arrived on time, were very pleasant to deal with, and had our backyard cleaned up in no time. This is my 4th time using your service. Your teams are friendly, courteous and show up to get the job done. Consider the alternative. Find a couple of people to help me, go rent a truck, load all the debris on the truck. Get it all out to Otter Lake, realize I've gone to the wrong site :-) , turn around and head out to the construction debris site, dump the stuff, return the truck. Would I save a few dollars? Maybe. But the time it would take me? The 1-800 Got Junk service is worth the service they provide.
I called 1-800 Got Junk based off their ads around town and the promise of speedy removal. From start to finish starting with the first phone call I felt taken care of. I was able to get an appointment right away, competitive pricing, and communication was plenty with sufficient updates about arrival time. Shoutout to Kai & Christian for helping me out with a mattress I needed removed from my apartment. They were efficient, professional, polite and were great for a quick conversation. Moreover, they were receptive to my concern and opinion about the aftermath and handling of the mattress. They’re hardworking with fantastic energy around them and represent the company well by embodying a great attitude! I’ll be using Got Junk again in the future :)
I had previously read good reviews for 1-800-Got-Junk, so I decided to book an appointment. Brayden and Austin were very good about communicating their estimated arrival time, were punctual, and friendly. Although I found the pricing to be a bit pricier than anticipated (I had disassembled old furniture myself to help with efficiency and handling and the work took no more than 15mins), I will still say this was the best and easiest solution - so, I suppose the convenience and ease is worth the cost (and this is not on Brayden and Austin; I understand pricing is set by the company). Often people complain about a younger labour force being unprofessional or lazy - Brayden and Austin were the opposite: they clearly cared about doing a good job and customer satisfaction. Would recommend.
