They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. One morning, I was searching online and found GOT JUNK. I made an online booking where they would come to your place within the hour you requested. When they show up, they’ll make an estimate and ask if you are comfortable with the price. The estimate is free. They won’t push you to do it if you’re not comfortable with the pricing. Which is honestly, very reasonable. Here’s the thing, you are paying for convenience. Your time, gas, recycling fee for the mattress, and the hassle. When they show up the same day I knew how much it would cost based on my research. They explained to me how it works and the cost. I showed them where the mattress was, they picked it up, I made the payment, and they left. I recommend them 10/10 if you need help getting your junk taken care of.
Logan and Kevin did a fantastic communicating and then job clearing out our yard branch piles — no small feat given how awkward the locations were to access. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and left the property looking great. Would absolutely recommend them and will be calling again. Thanks, guys!
