Franchise Partner Justin Duggan and General Manager Kai Vrolyk are at the helm of our Okanagan location.
Kai began his journey with us in 2019 as a Truck Team Member. Since then, he has become indispensable to our team's success and growth.
Through his dedication and hard work, Kai ascended the ranks from Truck Team Member to Operations Manager, and now General Manager. Today, he oversees the entire Okanagan region, including Kamloops and Salmon Arm. His commitment to nurturing talent has paved the way for many team members to evolve into successful operators within our system.
Outside of work, Kai's passion is restoring cars, from classic Volkswagen Buses to rugged Suzuki Samurais and his latest project, a Toyota Tacoma.
Kai's leadership is characterized by passion and dedication, and he has earned recognition as one of the top General Managers in the system. His exceptional performance recently culminated in winning the prestigious Franchise of the Year award in the West, encompassing all Canadian and United States franchises.
