James Alisch is the Chief Revenue & Operations Officer of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. A veteran of the home-service industry, James first joined us in 2006 as VP of Operations, followed by seven years as the Managing Director of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING (part of the O2E family of brands), where he was instrumental in scaling the operation and recruiting top-tier Franchise Partners. In 2021, he rejoined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to lead the brand. 

James doesn't just coach entrepreneurs—he is one. As a multi-business owner himself, he uses his "in-the-trenches" experience to develop leaders and help Franchise Partners realize their full potential. When he isn’t building brands, James is usually at his family cottage, recharging by the water.
