Service and communication were excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was contacted 3 times throughout the process. The men who did the actual removal were polite, friendly and careful with the removal. I only gave 4 stars because I thought the price was high, but I was reluctantly willing to pay for the convenience.

Ethan and his partner were very polite and quick. They clearly explained pricing. They gave me an ETA in the morning and were right on time

Will & JV were great

Amazing company. Easy to work with and they get the job done at a great price.

Chris and Andrew were great! Fast and efficient!

Chris and drew were awesome

Von and Ethan S. were fantastic. Clear explanations, quick service, and extremely easy to work with.

Chris and Andrew were the best. Carried two of the heaviest couches ever made with ease. Cleared out our garage and basement super fast. Highly recommend.

Chris and Andrew really came through for us! Professional and friendly from start to finish. I will definitely be using 1800gotjunk again!!!

Von and Ethan S. were so quick and efficient moving our mattress! We were blown away with how easy it was to schedule and get rid of our old “junk”! Thanks!
