I'm in the middle of a hectic move, and so I really appreciated the timeliness, transperacy, and efficiency of Jacob and Paris this morning. They were extremely professional.

Riley and Derek did an excellent shop. They were punctual, courteous, respectful, professional, careful, friendly, fast, and hardworking. They made the job of removing several heavy items quick and seamless. And they did it all in around 3 1/2 hours. The time span would have been shorter if my stuff hadn't filled up their truck. But instead of rescheduling to come back and finish another day, they came back an hour later and finished the job in about 50 minutes. 5 stars, I highly recommend Riley, Derek, and 1800-Junk.

Jacob and Paris were great! They called ahead, were prompt and courteous, and quickly disposed of my very beat-up couches.

Jay and Nas from 1 800 Got Junk just came to get stuff that was broken or no longer needed. They were very professional and courteous. The price was excellent.

Nathan and Alex have been phenomenal, and beyond friendly! Great customer service and great company. They were super quick and straight to the point.

Fast and efficient and friendly

Kai and SP did an a fast and good job removing all my items and they were also nice and professional.

Pleasantly surprised how quick and painless this was. Dom and Christian showed up early and they were both so great to deal with. They even greeted my dog to relieve the stress he had about 2 guys coming in to remove our couch! They took my couch out so seamlessly they make moving big heavy couches look easy. Highly recommend.
