This was our first encounter with Got Junk. The website is easy and informative. Booking is easy and simple. But what made this encounter was the two representatives, Nathan and Jamie, who arrived at our home to remove items. Extremely polite and professional yet they were very warm and friendly. Nathan explained in detail their process and charges. There was no pressure, no questions unanswered. Got Junk is a service I will use again thanks to these two men

Ricardo and Jay did a great job hauling away three truck loads of stuff. Wish I called years ago! Got it done. Thank you! Donations, junk, and everything getting sorted feels great. The downside? I didn't know I was being charged by what they were hauling away, i.e truck tires I could have sold that are still in good condition or gotten rid of myself, but I was told they'd take everything and that I was going to be charged by truck volume. My stomach is sick at the almost $4,000 charge for a couple hours work. Had the true charges been apparent upfront, I would have approached the garage cleanup and removal of furniture from inside the house very differently. $500-$1200, sure, but $4,000 and no payment option? To be helping an aging parent clean up with the thought pricing would be reasonable where I was told it'd be "on the lower end", this is a huge financial burden.
