David and Christian are tremendous and entered - from the moment they called ahead to when the door was gently shut - with care and attention. The pricing was clear and though we had no context for what is fair, David and Christian allayed any concerns there with their swift and deliberate action that was not rushed, harried, or reckless. There was no push for any additional fees or services, no push for the service itself. At any point it would have been easy to walk and given the significant weight of the item that was removed and the relief that it imparted being removed without a picture frame left askew, this service was worth every penny because of how it was handled.
