1-800-GOT-JUNK? started out as a summer job for a Vancouver student back in 1989, and since that time we've grown to become the world's largest and most trusted junk removal service. We're proud of our Canadian roots, and we've stayed true to our commitment to provide exceptional customer care, fair pricing, and reliable junk removal services.
Planning a big home renovation project? Getting ready to sell your home? Have flood-damaged furniture to deal with? If so, you might think you need to rent a dumpster to deal with all of your junk, but that's not your only option.
In fact, renting a dumpster in Kelowna can be more work than you might expect. To start with, you'll need to know exactly how much junk you'll be tossing ahead of time so you can pick the right size of bin for your job. You'll also have to plan out a spot where your dumpster can be dropped off and left, which usually means having a big ugly bin on your parking pad or front lawn.
With a rental dumpster, you're also responsible for sorting out all of your junk, since there are restrictions on what types of junk that go into the bin. Don't forget that you'll also have to lift, move, and load all of your junk into the dumpster since the rental doesn't include any other services.
You should only pay for the Kelowna junk removal services you actually want and need, right?
With 1-800-GOT-JUNK? you'll always know exactly what your bill will be before we start loading your junk. When we arrive for your appointment we'll ask you to point at all the junk you want us to take. Our friendly crew members will give you a clear, all-inclusive price that's based on the amount of space your junk takes up in our truck, so you'll never pay extra for junk that's located in hard-to-access areas like your basement, garage, or attic.
When you're ready to say goodbye to all those clothes you don't wear anymore, those outdated kitchen cabinets, or that massive sectional couch in your living room, go online or call us here at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to book your junk removal appointment.
We offer extended service hours and weekend appointments at no extra charge, so you'll never have to take time off to deal with your junk.

Old Electronics Spared From the Dump There is a lot less old electronic junk gathering dust in Kelowna closets this weekend following the annual e-waste recycling pickup. Kelowna area residents were given a chance to unload their unwanted electronic devices free of charge Saturday during 1-800-GOT-JUNK’s annual e-waste pickup at KLO Road. Organizer Yoree Grozenok says more than 200 dropped off their items. “We had over 1,000 units of eWaste that filled six trucks and weighed more than 15,000 pounds. Every single unit will be recycled, none of it will go into a landfill,” says Grozenok. He says many of the computers people dropped off were functional and have been donated to local charities. “We got some really antique items, we’re talking about cell phones from the 80s or very first computers available. We actually had to turn a few people away at the end since we could not keep up.” By Castanet Staff - Story: 46418 Apr 19, 2009 Local Charities - Kelowna Cap News 1-800-GOT-JUNK? helps two local charities by donating over three truck loads of furniture to Food Bank Society and Canadian Mental Health Association.
