Hi, my name is Jim Malinovsky and I’m your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise owner. We haul junk from the heart of Sacramento, Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Rocklin, and more! Before owning this junk hauling franchise I worked for Ernst & Young in Los Angeles and Intel Corporation in Folsom, California. After 15 years at Intel working as a finance manager and then project manager, I wanted the opportunity to “run my own show”. The journey from High Tech to low tech has been very exciting and challenging. Although the “junk” business sounds low tech I have found working with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is like working for FedEx at the time when everyone thought the Post Office was all you needed. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the new world of junk removal.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is unique in many ways and our unusual marketing methods catch a lot of attention. You may see us in Granite Bay at the corner of Auburn Folsom Road and Douglas Blvd in Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks or Roseville. We’re the crazy ones wearing our blue wigs waving at everyone. If you haven’t seen us waving, you’ve probably seen one of our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks in your neighborhood. We park our junk hauling trucks at several places around the eastern side of Sacramento. In Roseville you can find us at the Home Depot or at the Shell Station at the corner of Douglas and Hazel. Maybe you’ve seen us by our office in Folsom near the corner of Greenback Lane and Folsom Auburn Road near the Rainbow and Lake Natoma Bridge. We try to be in the places that are most convenient to you so we can be quick to respond to our customers.

As a change from removing old appliances and furniture, my Truck Team Members and I take part in marketing all over Sacramento, Davis and the rest of Yolo counties. One of my favorite ways to start the day off is by putting on my blue wig and getting the blood pumping by doing a high energy wave.
