We worked on a commercial junk removal that yielded over 20,000 pounds of cardboard! We recycled all of it as part of the agreement with the commercial client.
The Women's Shelter of Wake County suffered a flood to their facility. We responded by volunteering our junk pickup trucks and team to remove water-logged furniture, clothing, and more. We also collected donatable items and delivered them to the homes of some of the displaced women.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? participated in Parkwood Christmas Parade for the Community in Durham. Our junk pickup truck was decorated as a giant sleigh decked out with a giant wreath on the back, and gave out Christmas candy, Junk Bucks ($10 coupons for junk removals) and giveaways. Everyone throughout the Triangle reacted positively when they saw the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? holiday junk truck.
