"My parents recently sold their home and the last thing that needed done on closing day was for the balance of furniture/garbage,etc to be removed from the property. I didn't want any complications so I chose the company with the best reputation. Boy! Did I make the right decision. From beginning to end, this was a stress free service. I am WOWED! I booked online and quickly realized that the pick-up window timeframe I chose would be too early. I could not believe how easy it was to change my request. I truly believed I would be picking up the phone to call in to rectify it. Excellent....next morning I received a very courteous and professional call from Jesse who reconfirmed the address, items to be picked up and his estimated time that they would be there. They were on time for one thing, big smile and handshake, I'm sorry I don't remember Jesse's partner but he was awesome too! I went inside to do what I had to do and was surprised a short time later to hear that they were done and ready to go...anticipating to pick up bits and pieces of tiny garbage on the lawn, I grabbed a small garbage bag. Stepped on the porch and threw the bag back in the house! Spotless! I was given a gift certificate for my next call - which I will use for my own residence (I am renovating) and a gift certificate for your new sister company for moving as we are now seeking a new home for my parents and everything is in storage. Awesome work! These two certainly deserve a commendation! Thanks again for a job well done!"
