I had an old carpet in my basement that had been there from the previous owners. Zach and his teammate cane from 1-800-Got-Junk promptly during the window I was allotted, and Zach even called a good 30 minutes before to let me know. They were polite, friendly, thorough in moving out the carpet and I would not hesitate to call again if I needed junk moved out. They were great to deal with!

Yo the guys were super awesome and got the job done so fast! Booking my appointment was easy as could be. Now they were a little late but the customer service they provided more than made up for it!

I called on Tuesday to arrange pickup of various items and two young people showed up at my house on Wednesday morning. These two - male and female (Kim) arrived on time - went right to work and had my back yard cleaned up and inside house items quickly and efficiently. These two young people were friendly, courteous, hard working and awesome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use again if had to.

Full points to the team at Got Junk for their rescue of my move-out. Turns out that, for as spartan as I tried to keep things, there was still a whole lot of junk left over that I couldn't reasonably handle in a timely manner. (And let's be real, when you live in a place for almost 2 decades, some things may escape your mind.) I believe the gents' names were Brett and Isaiah? (Apologies if I got it wrong.) Full points to them for their energy, capability, and that awesome conversation about Metroid Dread and classic Nintendo things. They handled my junk removal request in a timely and professional manner. I felt great about having them around and based on this experience, I would recommend Got Junk to anyone who has a need to declutter their situation. Full disclosure though, it's pricey when you start to really fill the truck, but for all that was brought to the table? Still 5 stars and still recommended.

Their price is relatively high, but they are very professional and nice to work with. I used them to move my appliences out of the house.
