Tray and his helper were very friendly and respectful. The only reason they did not get five stars was because the price was more than we were led to believe. Also when I called in to book it the lady that I spoke to told me she lived in canada but did not know a postal code was not mostly numbers. I gave up with her and ended up booking on line.

Booking was easy. The team called to give ample warning. Showed up on time for my window time. Worked very hard as I had some real challenges to have removed from my house. Zero complaints. We’re very happy to help and professional right through. Literally easy as point and it was all gone. Sigh of relief from me, that’s for sure.

Booking online for a time range is simple, and I was contacted by the company the day of to pin down a specific time, which I really appreciated. Jessie and Nate were quick and professional. Moving has been a very stressful occasion for us and 1800GOTJUNK was such stress-FREE way to remove the items we weren't able to take with us. I also appreciate that the company will donate items that are in good condition. I do recommend and will use again.
