Territory: Junk Removal - Winnipeg
Address:
Hi, I am Cameron Neufeld, your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Winnipeg franchise owner. Before we opened our junk removal business in January 2005, I managed the Bridges Golf Course and the St. Boniface Golf Club. We pride ourselves on recycling nearly 50% of the 'junk' we pick up. Canadian Goodwill Industries, Habitat for Humanity, and Salvation Army have all benefited from donations of quality re-usable items. We also work closely with Chisick Metal to ensure all metals we collect are disposed of properly. Developing strong community relationships is very important to us. We have been members of the Metro Business Club of Winnipeg and the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce over the past few years, and have also partnered with Take Pride Winnipeg. We have donated time and resources to many community clean-ups, including removing eight truckloads from Cordite hill in Transcona and partnering with the office of MLA Jim Rondeau for a three-day clean-up of Westwood and St. James at the Assiniboia West Community Centre. We also participated in the Yard Sale for the Cure, in which we donated 100% of the money raised to help find a cure for breast cancer. more bio >>

"I would like to express how happy I was with the job that you completed for Capote Productions on January 10th, 2005 at 1200 Sargeant Avenue. Your employees arrived at the warehouse on time. They were professional and gave us an honest, up-front quote for the service. The job was done efficiently, quickly and well. It is my pleasure to recommend your hassle-free services. Thank you for a job well done!"-- Kyle, VP of Production
"You guys are the best people in the world. Not only in the home, but on the phone. Your team treated us with great respect and the best of care. We couldn't be more satisfied!"-- Pat, Winnipeg, March 2008
"I wanted to let you know that I had the best experience with your people. I called Friday morning to find out more about your service and got the most wonderful lady on the phone. She explained how 1-800-GOT-JUNK? works, and how I could get rid of a year's worth of renovation debris. She then advised me that you had an opening the same day. Literally within minutes, I was called back with an ETA and, true to their word, they were at my front door. I met two of the most energetic and personable young people, smartly dressed and glowing with personality. The job was priced and in a flash it was done. read the rest >> " They worked quietly and confidently, knowing what they were doing. You could tell they enjoyed each other's company and worked well as a team. You have an amazing team here and they deserve a real pat on the back for the way they meet customers and diligently do their jobs. I will call you again, when I need the service in the future. Please express my sincere thanks for their help in clearing my garbage. Regards and best wishes!"-- Sheldon, Winnipeg, March 2007
"In February 2005, I conducted a search for a company that would be able to come in our building and remove significant volumes of surplus furniture and obsolete equipment. The company had to meet certain criteria: they had to be be fiscally competitive, timely, and focused on completing the job to our specifications. Their staff had to be clean, well-dressed, and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner during their time in our building. I hired 1-800-GOT-JUNK? as a result. read the rest >> " Moving the surplus out of the building was a significant undertaking because it was far away from the shipping dock where it had to be marshaled for removal. The surplus had to be taken through a residential care unit, down an elevator and then through our main hallways to the loading dock. The actual scope of the job was to be some 14 truck loads. This company met and exceeded our criteria and expectations; right from the start they came in to analyze the job and were able to provide me the right information about costs, the time the job would take and how they would perceive it to be done. They also asked about specific factors that might affect their work, including the most convenient time to conduct their work, and inquired about any other special instructions. Even though they were working in resident/patient care areas, I did not get a single complaint from anyone about their conduct or the way they went about this significant undertaking. They completed the job in a timely manner and within the parameters set out. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to any organization that needs this type of work done on their premises."-- George, Director
