“I just wanted to pass along the great job that your team did on job #2920027. Both of your employees were prompt,... looked and acted professional and did an amazing job. For some background, we began a bathroom remodeling project and were using the Bagster system from Waste Management. When it was time to pick-up the Bagster, we weren't told about the height clearances for their truck until after we had to pre-pay for the pick-up and the driver showed up. So we basically got charged for nothing and was told we'd have to buy another Bagster to put on the apron of the driveway, move all the debris from the unreachable Bagster to the new one and pay for another pick-up. 1-800-GOT-JUNK saved the day, and I wished I had know about your company before the Bagster debacle.
