1-800-GOT-JUNK? got its start in Vancouver, when university student Brian Scudamore encountered a tight summer job market in Vancouver and started a junk removal service called The Rubbish Boys.

Hi, we are Tim and Sheryl Taritas, your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise owners servicing the Charlotte metro areas. You can find us hauling junk in south Charlotte, Union County, and beyond, including South Park, Ballantyne, Myers Park, Matthews, Lake Park, Weddington, Waxhaw, Marvin, and Lake Wylie.

You may have seen our blue junk-hauling trucks parked on Monroe Rd, among other places. Or you may have come across one of our teams wearing blue wigs and waving in areas like South Park and Ballantyne. Most often they can be found at the corners of Carmel Rd and Route 51, as well as Ardrey Kell Rd and Rea Rd. We are committed to keeping our Charlotte community clean.
