“ I would give the guys who did our job, Keith, Jordan, and Ralph a 10+. We were in Florida from New Jersey cleaning... out Mom's house. She saved everything. We were on a limited time frame with limited resources,after sorting and loading Mom's furniture and essentials, we were left with a house full of clutter and junk. After finding 1-800-GOT JUNK online I scheduled an appointment the day before we needed them. I didn't schedule earlier because I wasn't sure what exactly would be left to get rid of. Just as advertised I got an email with a confirmation explaining we would get a call before the scheduled arrival time. In our hour of need they arrived like Knights in Shining Armor. Nice clean trucks and uniforms, prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and most important with a good positive attitude. Once shown the remaining junk scattered in 3 rooms, I was shown the price and as soon as I agreed to continue, BAMM! these guys loaded that truck with a speed and efficiency I don't believe I ever witnessed before. They loaded the whole truck in a little over an hour. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it was pouring rain the whole time, not one complaint or grumble was heard.
